She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Lynch; her parents, Dr. Solomon Hajjar and Elizabeth Hajjar (Morris); her brothers, Philip Hajjar and Paul Hajjar; and her nephew Chris Maki.

She is survived by: her children, Jay Lynch of Lowell, Beth Geary (John) of Lowell and Kate Durkin (Jim) of Lowell; her siblings, Mary Jane Maki (Raymond) of North Woodstock and Richard Hajjar (Elaine) of Chelmsford; her friend Carol Bell; her grandchildren, Sarah Durkin, Katie Cook (Andrew), Ashley DaSilva (Dylan), Joseph Lynch, Meghan Conlon (Jake) and Matthew Geary; and her great grandchildren, Carson and Beckett DaSilva. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made "In Memory of Martha Lynch" to the Alzheimer's Association.
