She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert and Delia Bridget Monbleau (Maroney); and her sisters, Margaret Rita Broudeur (Peggy) and Linda Monbleau Russo. She is survived by: her husband George Micheal Welch; and her sons, Bryan Welch (Ann) of Salem, NH, Ken Welch (Sheila) of Lowell and Patrick Welch (Renee) of Lowell, MA.. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
