He was predeceased by: his spouse Gail Prestipino (Crowley); his parents, John Prestipino (Jack) and Mary Prestipino (Cardella); his son Michael Prestipino Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, John and James Crowley.
He is survived by: his son David Prestipino of Lowell; his daughter-in-law Diane Prestipino (Dubois) of Seabrook, NH; his grandchildren, Julia Prestipino of Queens, NY, Isabella and David Jr. Prestipino of Walpole, MA.; his siblings, Catherine St. Peter of Florida, Peter Prestipino of Oregon and John (Martha Prestipino) of Hudson, NH; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Raffi of Billerica and Susan Crowley of Lowell; and his cousin John Iannuzzo of Lowell, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Lowell Cemetery (1020 Lawrence St, Lowell, MA 01852). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Knickerbocker Club (36 Chamberlain St, Lowell, MA 01852).
