He was predeceased by: his parents, Som Keo and Sinath Keo; his brothers, Pros Nay Keo and Savandee Keo; and his son Monroe Hoeun.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dyan Hoeun (Vuthy Lam) of Lowell, Sarae Khem of Millbury, MA, Sophea Sun of Philadelphia, PA and Norea Sun (Harrison Daniel); and his siblings, Sivang Keo, Sivorn Keo, Suviak Keo, Sr. and Siven Keo. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
