For Oudom is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Phouvieng Maniseng; his children, Jack Maniseng (Justin Packard) of Seabrook, NH and Nicky Maniseng of Champlin, MN; and his grandchildren, Alila P. Phomtalikhith, Nick V. Phomtalikhith and Mattis M. Verdoes. He is also survived by six siblings.
