He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis R. Stairs and Eileen R. Stairs (Mullen); his close friend Diane White; and his sister Linda Wilmot. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stairs (Clark); and his siblings, Carol Crowell (Billy), Deborah Rosado (Carmelo), Steven Stairs (Linda), Mary Jane Stairs (Marco Ordonez), Darlene Brunelle (Paul), Diane Stairs and Timothy Stairs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
