He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Theokas and Athena Theokas (Malapanis); and his siblings, John, Dionysios (Dan), William, Sophie and Stavroula (Stella).
He is survived by: his wife Angelike Theokas (Liackos); his sons, Nicholas Theokas and Gregory Theokas; his grandson Angelo Peter Theokas; his siblings, Helen MacArthur of Pepperell and Constantinos Theokas (Virginia) of New Jersey; his brother-in-law Steve Liackos (Angie) of Georgia; and his daughter-in-law Louanne Theokas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
