Phal leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Phal’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phal will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pharn Hul and Samuon Lang. He is survived by: his children, Samnang Hul of Cambodia and Soursdey (Sokhom Em) of Lowell; and his grandson Khemera Em.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Glory Buddhist Temple (24 Cambridge St, Lowell, MA 01851). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the same location.
