He was predeceased by: his spouse Kam Phang; and his parents, Man and Pring. He is survived by: his children, Phoy Phan of Cambodia, Peter Phan (Keav Taing) of Lowell, Phann Phan of Camodia, Pheap Phan of Cambodia and Phuong Phan of Lowell; his niece Daisy Var; and his nephews, Vincent Var and Patrick Phan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
