He was predeceased by: his spouse Phal Neak. He is survived by: his children, Sinthy Nou of Lowell, MA, Soeum Nou, Nin Prom of Lowell, Sokhan Nou of Lowell, MA, Mao Nou and Oeuy Suon of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by 3 sisters, 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
