He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Geoffroy and Mary Geoffroy (Kondziolka); and his brothers, James L. Geoffroy and Joseph M. Geoffroy (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Debra Geoffroy (Lamb); his son Christopher J. Geoffroy (Melissa); his grandchildren, Tyler and Norah of Bradford, MA; his siblings-in-law, Gilbert J. Lamb and Barbara Geoffroy (Cormier); his niece Robin Geoffroy; and his nephews, David Geoffroy (Sherri) and Michael Geoffroy (Alyssa).
