He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hand and Rita Hand (Carroll); and his brother Leonard J. Hand. He is survived by: his son Rick; and his siblings, John J. Hand (Deborah), William J. Hand, Carol Figueira and Janet Hand. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and greatnieces and nephews.
