He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline F. Laurent (Banacos); his parents, Elphege Laurent and Yvonne Laurent (Hubert); and his siblings, Elphege, Alfred, Albert, Roland Laurent, Therese Bergeron, Claire Cripps, Cecile Laurent, Annette Laurent and Georgette Letendre.

He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Laurent (Kim Gillis), Jerry R. Laurent (Susan Gonthier) and Lorraine Millette; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Leandro, Madison, Kayla Laurent and Faith Millette; his great grandchildren, Layla, Miley and Alany Leandro; and his sister Laurette McAneney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
