He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Lockhart and Evelyn Lockhart (Phillips). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Lockhart; his daughters, Amy (Christopher Green), Sarah (Benjamin Atamian) and Jessica Lockhart; his sister Marcia Ruma (Charles Ruma) of Columbus, OH.; Margaret Janas and George Inglis (Ann Marie).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home (327 Hildreth St, Lowell, MA 01850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at the St. Patrick Cemetery (1251 Gorham St, Lowell, MA 01852).
