He is survived by: his spouse Phoeun Chhuon; his children, Sophen Nou, Sophan Nou, Sopha Nou, Sothea Chhay, Sophon Nou, Sophine Chhay and Sopean Chhay; his stepdaughters, Sros Ya of Lowell, MA. and Krohom Ya of Lowell, MA.; and his brother Ny Nou of Lowell, MA.
