With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samuel Kahara of Lowell, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 76. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Samuel leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Samuel may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kahara and Hottensia Kahara (Nduta); and his daughter Winifred Wangui. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Kelly (Wanjiku); and his daughters, Jean (Alex Kiarie) of Nairobi, Kenya. and Beatrice (Benson Njoroge) of Nairobi, Kenya..
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
