He was predeceased by: his siblings, Angel Quinones and Mariana Ortiz. He is survived by: his parents, Santos Jose Ortiz of Groton, CT and Ines Ortiz (Quinones) of Springfield, MA.; and his siblings, Anthony Quinones (Stephanie) of Lowell, Virginia Ortiz of Norwich, CT, Christina Quinones of Norwich, CT, Jennifer Ortiz of Springfield, Michael Ortiz (Chelsea) of Nashua, NH and Kathryn Ortiz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
