He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Kiggins and Lorraine Kiggins (Mercier). He is survived by: his wife Denise J. Kiggins (Gagne); his children, Patrick Kiggins (Shannon) of Nashua, NH and Stephanie Downs (Patrick) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Kynley Downs, Oliver Kiggins and Amelia Kiggins; his siblings, Kevin Kiggins (Kathy) of Huntingtown, MD, Laura Ridings (John) of Sterling, VA and Tim Kiggins of Albany, NY; his siblings-in-law, Robert Gagne (Denise Boisvert) of Lowell and Pearl Gagne of Lowell; and his siblings' children, Kierra, Jake, Amanda, Rachel, Ally, Kayleigh and Nataley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laurin Funeral Home (295 Pawtucket St, Lowell, MA 01854).
