Kiggins (Gagne); his children, Patrick Kiggins (Shannon) of Nashua, NH and Stephanie Downs (Patrick) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Kynley Downs, Oliver Kiggins and Amelia Kiggins; his siblings, Kevin Kiggins (Kathy) of Huntingtown, MD, Laura Ridings (John) of Sterling, VA and Tim Kiggins of Albany, NY; his siblings-in-law, Robert Gagne (Denise Boisvert) of Lowell and Pearl Gagne of Lowell; and his siblings' children, Kierra, Jake, Amanda, Rachel, Ally, Kayleigh and Nataley.
