He is survived by: his parent Noukhanh Chanthachem; his girlfriend Monica Lap; his children, Aiden Chanthachem of Lowell, MA, Adalynn Chanthachem and Aaliyah Chanthachem; and his siblings, Souksakhone Chanthachem of Lowell and Phimmasone Chanthachem of Lowell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dolan Funeral Home (106 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the same location.
