It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor James Sousa of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Mary would give her treats and play in the yard. after his dog passed away, he loved taking Buddy out and playing with him. I have missed him ever since I moved from Lowell.
