He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Belanger and Theresa Belanger (Dube); and his sister Pauline St. Marie. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Downing, Rene Belanger (Diane), Marc Belanger (Nadine), Doris Neal (Marshal) and Jamie Belanger (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
