He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Duggan and Priscilla Duggan (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Dana Duggan (Kerri) of South Carolina and Joshua Duggan of Lowell; his grandchildren, Jaimi (Ray), Brianna and Paige; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Amelia; and his siblings, Darlene Ross (Paul) of Northwood, NH, Michael Duggan (Debbie) of Lowell, Jackie Stuart of Salem, NH and Patricia Liguori (Jim) of Townsend.
