He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne M. Kelly (Deane); his parents, William Kelly and Beatrice Kelly (Gravel); and his brother George Kelly. He is survived by: his children, David Kelly (Donna) of Lowell, Kevin Kelly (Sheryl) of Framingham, Phillip Kelly (Mai) of Methuen, Nancy Van Alst of Tyngsboro, Maria Kelly of Lowell and Kathryn Kelly RN of Lowell; his grandchildren, William R. Kelly, Robert L. Kelly, Chelsea E. Kelly, Olivia E. Van Alst, John P. Kelly, Alexander P. Van Alst, Allison R. Kelly and Eilleen R. Kelly; his sister Patricia Gilchrist (George) of Pepperell; his sisters-in-law, Myrna Deane of Melrose and Marie Kelly of New Ipswich, NH; his close friend Joyce D'Atilio of Malden; and his siblings, Dorothy Kelley, Barbara Fedele, Richard Kelly and Ralph Kelly.
