She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Blahyj and Irene Blahyj (Lozynsky); her spouse Ilko Zguta; and her siblings, Myroslaw Blahyj and Martha Blaha.
She is survived by: her children, Roman Zguta (Anne), Jerry Zguta (Lisa) of Ohio and Irene Gazda (Larry) of Framingham; her grandchildren, Andrew Zguta (Samantha Chapin), Kasandra Zguta, Sami Zguta, Nicholas Zguta, Stephan Zguta (Alethea Melanson), Alec Gazda (Bao Tran Ma), Marc Gazda, Elias Gazda and Laryssa Gazda; her great grandchild Zennon Zguta; and her brother Ronald Wyrsta. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers it was the wish of Alexandra's family that donations be made in her memory to: Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 45 Newbury St. Ludlow, Ma. 01056.
