He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kirkitelos (Goeden) of Ludlow; his children, Sandra Kirkitelos (Peter Boomer) of Ashland and Paul Kirkitelos (Carmen) of Playa de; and his grandchildren, Hadley and Nicholas Boomer.
