She was predeceased by: her husband Pedro Fernandes. She is survived by: her children, John, Isabel, Domingos, Jose, Carmina and Pedro; her grandchildren, Joseph, Elizabette, Suzette, Gabrielle, Samuel, Benjamin, Lucas and Davi; and her great grandchildren, Mark and Clive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carmina's memory to Our Lady of Fatima Church, or Christ the King Church, or Pink Way, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
