She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Melbourne; her parents, Thomas O'Connor and Catherine O'Connor (Patterson); her child Laurie Melbourne; and her sisters, Patricia Sikorski and Marylyn O'Connor.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Melbourne and Kathleen Melbourne (Lisa Close); her sibling Thomas O'Connor, Jr.; and her pets, Kirby, Bandit, Sam and Theo. She is also survived by many close friends and neighbors.
