She is survived by: her husband Carlos Martins (Chuck); her children, Christina, Charles (Ashley LaFleur) and Eric (Alex Foley-Martins); her sisters, Theresa Cocchi (James Stellato) and Tracy Sares; and her godfather Anthony Domingos. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, in-laws, pets and friends.
