He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Myrtle Clark (Mercier); his sister Ethel Clark; and his sister-in-law Maureen Pafumi. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Clark (Sullivan); his daughters, Jennifer Maki of Ohio, Danielle Clark (Darwin Dawkins) of Ludlow and Cassandra Clark of Enfield; his grandchildren, AJ Goodale (Hannah), Jaiden Oyague, Corinne Maki, Xathiel Rosado and Giselle Brown; his great grandchild Baylor; and his siblings, Sandy Mitchell, Joe Clark (Connie Cartwright) and Peggy Goss. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
