It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. McCarthy of Ludlow, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel McCarthy and Kathryn McCarthy (Burke). He is survived by: his wife Maureen McCarthy (Phaneuf); his daughters, Susan Wilhite (Donald) of New London, WI and Sharon Boucher (John) of Warren, MA; his sister Elizabeth McCarthy of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Anthony, Conner, Riley, Ryan and Carly; and his great grandchild Berkley Rose.
