He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Giza and Rose Giza (Sternala); his wife Helen Giza (Mondry); his daughter Stephanie Flebotte-Giza; and his brother Henry Giza.

He is survived by: his children, Anne Clement (Donald) and Gregory Giza of Melbourne, FL; his siblings, Paul, Edward, Andrew Giza, Gladys Pezcka, Alice Wysocki and Barbara Sawka; his grandchildren, Krystal, Nicholas, Justin, Ashley, Angaela and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Valerie, Sienna, Alexander, Anthony, Celeste and Noah.
