She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtice Melnyck and Stephen Melnyck Sr.; her husband Neil Blatt; and her friend Richard Kolodziey. She is survived by: her former husband Richard Kolodziey (Dickie); her daughters, Kara Kolodziey Sawa and Cortney Kolodziey; her granddaughter Ella Dae Sawa; and her brother Stephen Charles Melnyck Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear cousins.
