She is survived by: her children, Pawel Widor (Gosia) of Wilbraham and Jolanta Widor-Axas of Ludlow; her granddaughter Ania Axas; and her siblings, Krystyna Widor of Ludlow, Stanislawa, Irena, Danuta, Wieslaw and Edward.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Czeslawa's memory may be made to Christ the King Church, 41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056.
