Donald Kozaczka Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Kozaczka of Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 8, 2021 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Kozaczka to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kozaczka and Victoria Kozaczka (Marcinek); and his sister Alice Kozaczka. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca S. Kozaczka (Jones); his children, Jill Kozaczka, Barry Kozaczka, Lisa Frederick, Brian Frederick and Kelly Ligsukis; his sister Helen Vaselacopoulos; his former wife Patricia Kozaczka; and his sister Irene Chmura. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and loving nieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing COVID situation, masks will be required for those in attendance.
