He is survived by: his wife Lin Jaciow (Boulrice); his son Brent; and his sisters, Carol and Tina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
