She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fonseca and Percinda Fonseca (Canedo). She is survived by: her former husband Robert Charpentier; her daughter Amy Rodrigo (Ray) of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Joy Vega (Steve), Melissa Rodrigo (Norberto Colon) and Todd Rodrigo (Andrea) of Ludlow; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Jayden Vega, Jackson, Cruz Colon, Owen and Brooklyn Rodrigo (Edward Palozej).

Memorial donations may be made in Lina's memory to Dakin Humane Society or Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
