He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ptaszkiewicz (Bousquet); his children, Lisa Fueston, Cherie Ptaszkiewicz, Darlene Fontoura (Gerson) and Eugene Ptaszkiewicz Jr. (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lachut (Kamil), Kyle Fontoura, Megan Fueston, Matthew Fueston, Sarah (Jay Perez) and Justin Torrey; his close friend Roger Zepke; and his sisters, Millie Metcalf, Dorothy McGuire, Irene Zaranek, Sandy Moquin, Linda Banas and Susan Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
