He was predeceased by: his sisters, Phyllis Bacon of Chicopee and Patricia Landry of Holyoke. He is survived by: his spouse Orranat "Nadia" Martel; his daughters, Elizabeth Grace Martel and Sarah Charity Martel; and his sister Pamela Murphy of Anaheim, CA. He is also survived by many cousins, loving extended family members and dear friends.

Donations are requested in Fran's memory to Mountain View Baptist Church, 310 Apremont Hwy, Holyoke, MA 01040.
