He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Maello, Sr. and Henrietta Kunz Maello; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Maello (Wilson) of Ludlow; his daughters, Amy Beth Forkey (Jason) of Ludlow and Alyson Maello; his grandchildren, Jagger, Jamison Forkey, Luckas Thompson and Logan Maello; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Walsh (Den) and Kathy Goodchild of Springfield; and his cousin Tom Anderson (Laura) of Springfield.
