With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George John Sykas (Ludlow, Massachusetts), born in Barre, Vermont, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anthony Sykas and Katherine McGrath. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Karen Davis (Joe) of Feeding Hills, MA, Mitchell Sykas (Joanne) of Ludlow, MA and Christine Ferris (Patrick) of Ludlow, MA.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Caitlyn, Lisa, Jordan and Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
