He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Sousa of Holyoke, MA and Shelley Stevens of Troy, NY; his stepdaughter Amy Spear Medugno of Littleton, MA; and his sisters, June Sousa of Ludlow, MA, Carol Vancini of East Longmeadow, MA, Marian Champigny of Chicopee, MA and Joanne Sophinos of Denver.
