He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Dias and Laura Dias (Fernandes); and his wife Laura Dias (Mendes). He is survived by: his children, Tony Dias, Maria Fatima Caputo (Lee) and Nancy Caposey (John) of Caposey's Wholeworks Restaurant; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Caputo, Ayla Caputo, Trevor Kearney and Matthew Caposey. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jose's memory to the Gulfside Hospice of Pasco County.
