He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Provost and Beulah Provost (Supernaw); his wife Clarice Provost; his son Joseph Provost; his son-in-law James Bednarczyk; and his brothers, John, Albert, Sonny, Peter, William and Clarence Provost.
He is survived by: his daughter Patrice Bednarczyk; his grandson Marc Bednarczyk; his sister Geraldine Stone; and his close friend Nancy Ramella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
