She is survived by: her daughter Lurdes; her brother Augusto; her mother Maria; her children, Antonio Afonso (Fatima), Jose Afonso (Fatima), Maria, Dores Fernandes (Joao), Anjo Pereira (Alcino), Fernanda Silva (Manny) and Helena Pastore (David); her grandchildren, Susana (Paul), Anthony, Katherine, Emanuel, Stephanie, Diane, David (Stephanie), Sophia, Zachary (Ashley), Arianna, Alexandra, Grace, Abigail and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Cristiano, Ellianna, Lucia and Gabriella; her pet Jojo; and her caregivers, Helena Salgado, Delia Papish and Angela Kramer. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
