It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Stanley Kaczowka of Ludlow, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Kaczowka; and his uncles, Stanley and Joseph Lizak. He is survived by: his mother Krystyna Kaczowka (Lizak); his brothers, Richard of Indian Orchard and Michael Kaczowka of Indian Orchard; and his aunts and uncles, Barbara, Kazimierz Wozniak of Ludlow, John, Sandra Lizak of Wilbraham, Teresa Lizak of Chicopee, Wladzia Lizak of Chicopee, Zygmunt Kaczowka and Frank Kaczowka of Poland. He is also survived by many cousins, other family members and numerous friends.
