With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary S. Dubois of Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Macdonald and Margaret Macdonald (Petrie); her siblings, Greta and Homer R. Dubois (S. S. Sigourney); her children, Nancy Fernandes of Ludlow, Suzanne Parker of Springfield, Rene Dubois of Monson and Mae; her grandchildren, Amanda Mistalski (Gary) of Wilbraham, Andrew Fernandes (Chrissy) of Ludlow, Christopher Fernandes of Springfield, Mary Fernandes (Aaron) of Ludlow, Ethan Dubois (Maggie) of Monson and Avery Dubois (Frankie) of Monson; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Kenzie Plasse, Jameson Houle of Ludlow, Gray, Adaline Mistalski of Wilbraham, Madilynn Fernandes of Ludlow, Rene and Dominic Dubois of Monson; and her husband Homer. She was also cherished by three nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Island Pond Cemetery (499 Center St, Ludlow, MA 01056).
