He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Tetrault and Margaret Tetrault (Pomeroy); his sister Theresa Bushey; his close friend Michelle; and his daughter Tara.
He is survived by: his family Tara Boisvert (Matt Forgue); his brother Bill Tetreault (Donna); his brother-in-law Stephen Bushey; his nephew Mark Bushey (Silvia Lopez); his niece Marissa Jennings (Brendan); and also Madison.
