She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward and Alice; and her sister Letitia Blanchard. She is survived by: her husband Walter Dusza; her children, Melissa of Ludlow and Marc Dusza of Ludlow; her grandson Ethan Dusza; and her siblings, Audrey O'Connor, Sandra Welles, Janice Czuchra and Gail LaBelle. She is also survived by many loving family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Ludlow Funeral Home (432 East St, Ludlow, MA 01056). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ the King Parish (41 Warsaw Ave, Ludlow, MA 01056). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
Due to cemetery restrictions on flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Pamela's memory to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (http://www.cff.org).
