She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Haluch and Donnabelle Haluch (Shaw). She is survived by: her husband Charles Stagnaro; her son CJ Stagnaro (Jessica); her siblings, Thomas Haluch (Lisa) and Paula Siok (Alan); and her grandchildren, Charlotte, Evelyn and Austin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home (64 Sewall St, Ludlow, MA 01056).
In lieu of flowers, Pat's family asks that donations in her memory be made to the Keystone Commons Activity Fund, 460 West St, Ludlow, MA 01056 or the charity of one's choice.
