She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pollack and Valeria Pollack (Nikodem); and her son Stephen M. Truchan. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Truchan of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Nicholas and Cameron Truchan of Pittsfield; her sister Cynthia Gallant (Robert); her nephew Thomas Klimek (Kelly) of Ludlow; her niece Karen Klimek (Jason Hiller); her cousins, Edwin Gula of Palmer and James Boyko (Donna) of Belchertown; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Kacie, Zachary, Brendan, Kendra and Jenna. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
